Currently, I am working on a remarkable project that involves designing and building a private luxury Villa community comprising eight homes on 5 1/2 acres of beachfront land in Todos Santos. Each home will be extraordinary and have its own unique design, with stunning ocean views. Additionally, a central park within the community will feature art installations from famous artist friends of mine.

I’m incredibly excited about this project, and the groundbreaking for the first home, named the Eye Home, will take place this year. It is a 13,000 square-foot architectural dream home with a 2,000 square-foot guest villa, designed in the shape of my eye. I wanted to create a home with a beautiful and distinctive shape, providing people with a glimpse of how I perceive the world’s beauty through my eyes.

The Tulum Dream Villa Project

My proudest achievement to date is in Tulúm, Mexico. This is where I decided to design and create a 6000 square-foot luxury villa, just a few minutes to the beach.

I designed this villa, so that it can be rented as one entire home, boasting six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two pools. Or, it can be split into 3 seperate villas. There are two bungalows, with indoor and outdoor waterfall showers and floating Bathtubs. They also have a private rooftop pool and garden. Then the main house is a three bedroom luxury villa with a maid’s quarters. The master suite is over 1000 ft.² and has a private rooftop sun deck, glass enclosed bathroom, and a huge walk in wardrobe area. The center or heart of the home has room for yoga classes, sound healings and meditations, or great for entertaining. The wall of glass from floor to ceiling measures 25 ft high and has oversized sliding doors that open up to a 30ft opening. In front a deck for sunbathing and a 90ft pool bring nature and the elements into the open floor plan.

To finish this masterpiece, I went to Bali and Morocco to pick out all of the furniture, decor, and art.
